Picture Week is scheduled for March 29 - April 2, 2026 at our studio!

There will be no regular dance classes this week, as our studios will be set up for professional photos. This week is built into our schedule, and tuition is not charged for this week.
Most picture sessions will take place on the same day as your usual class but at a different time. Specific picture class times were emailed on Friday, February 27th.
We’re excited to once again work with Seasons Photography from Rice Lake, who have been beautifully capturing our dancers for years!
ORDERING PHOTOS
All photo orders will be placed after Picture Week.
Seasons Photography has upgraded to a post-pay gallery ordering system to make ordering easier and more flexible for families.
Here’s what to expect:
No order forms or prepay links before photo day
Multiple pose options available for viewing
Online ordering after Picture Week
View, customize, and order photos from your gallery
Optional full-gallery purchase and digital downloads
Buddy and sibling photos available (dancers must let the photographer know!)
Orders placed by the deadline qualify for coupons, free shipping, and delivery to the studio
ALTERNATIVE PHOTO DATES
If your dancer absolutely cannot attend their scheduled class picture time, you may sign up for an alternative individual photo slot below.
Important Update
Wednesday, March 25 is reserved for dancers who will be gone the entire picture week (March 30 – April 2).
To help accommodate scheduling conflicts, we have also opened a limited number of alternate photo slots during picture week for dancers who cannot attend their assigned class time. (This option is preferred!)
Please check the alternate photo signup first before selecting the March 25 makeup date.
One slot per costume. Please allow extra time between slots if your dancer needs to change costumes.
These appointments are reserved for unavoidable conflicts only. Please make every effort to attend your scheduled class picture time.
